Host a Workshop or Class

We are so delighted you want to bring your knowledge, skill, or practice to camp. Tell us about what you'd like to teach or lead, your timeslot preferences, and our curation team will review your submission and follow up with scheduling details. Please submit ASAP — we'll start building the workshop schedule as early as next week.

Workshops take place in our main large Hex Tent — a large, mostly enclosed 40" hexagon tent (the front is usually open but we can potentially curtain it closed). The tent has canvas and carpet flooring and is generally completely shaded inside. The tent has a sound system inside, the DJ booth, and some lounge seating around the edge of the tent, and a large clear middle space suitable for yoga mats and plenty of people sitting on the floor.

Take a look at the schedule to get an ideal when your workshop may work best. We try to stack our workshops midday beginning right after Rise & Shine lounge ends at 11am (to take advantage of the present crowds in our spaces). However, we can make exceptions as needed! Let us know what you're thinking. We'll do our best but please understand you may be offered a timeslot that's not your top preference. If there are any timeslots you cannot do, especially the midday / afternoon hours of Tuesday and Thursday, please let us know.
